Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a score of 70, which is a lot better than the Acer Iconia Tab A510's global score of 55.4. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 construction is noticeably newer, just a little thinner and notably lighter than the Acer Iconia Tab A510. Both tablets in our current comparison come with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has newer 9.0 Pie version while Acer Iconia Tab A510 has Android 4.0, so it gives you a couple nice extra features.
Acer Iconia Tab A510 and Galaxy Tab Active 2 count with incredibly similar displays, because although the Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a really smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, it also counts with a greater pixel density. Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a little bit better storage capacity to install games and applications than Acer Iconia Tab A510, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
The Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with a little bit better performance than Acer Iconia Tab A510, because it has a higher number of faster cores and more RAM memory. Acer Iconia Tab A510 counts with a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has 9800mAh of battery capacity. Galaxy Tab Active 2 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Acer Iconia Tab A510, because it has a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a back-facing camera with way more megapixels.
Although Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Acer Iconia Tab A510, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Acer Iconia Tab A510. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Tab Active 2, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Acer Iconia Tab A510, letting go a couple specs and features.
