The iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) has a score of 74.8, which is way better than Acer Iconia W3's 57.3 general score. The iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) counts with iPadOS 16.x OS, while Acer Iconia W3 comes with Windows 8 Pro OS. The iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) construction is extremely thinner and a lot lighter than the Acer Iconia W3.
Acer Iconia W3 has a much powerful CPU than Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), although it has less RAM memory and 6 less cpu cores (although faster). Acer Iconia W3 has just a bit better looking screen than iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), although it has a really smaller screen, a lot worse 800 x 1280 resolution and a much lower pixels count per inch of display.
The Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) features a very superior camera than Acer Iconia W3, because it has a camera in the back with way more MP. Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) has a much better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Acer Iconia W3, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.

Although iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Acer Iconia W3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Acer Iconia W3. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Acer Iconia W3, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
