Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has an overall score of 66.9, which is much better than the Acer Iconia W3's 57.3 general score. Both tablets we compare here use Windows OS (Operating System), but the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has an older 10 version and Acer Iconia W3 has Windows 8 Pro. Microsoft Surface Pro 7's design is incredibly heavier but somewhat thinner than the Acer Iconia W3.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a greater hardware performance than Acer Iconia W3, and although they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 also has a higher amount of RAM. Acer Iconia W3 and Microsoft Surface Pro 7 feature extremely similar screens, although the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 also has a way higher resolution of 2736 x 1824px, a lot larger display and a greater quantity of pixels per inch in the display.
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 features much more storage to store more apps and games than Acer Iconia W3, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Acer Iconia W3 features a superior battery performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 7. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Acer Iconia W3, because it has a much better resolution camera.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Acer Iconia W3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Acer Iconia W3. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Acer Iconia W3, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
