The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a global score of 65.6, which is much better than the Acer Iconia W3's 57.3 general score. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 comes with Android 4.4.2 operating system, while Acer Iconia W3 works with Windows 8 Pro operating system. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 design is incredibly lighter and somewhat thinner than Acer Iconia W3.
