The Microsoft Surface 3 has a global score of 66.3, which is better than the Acer Iconia W4's 59.3 global score. The Microsoft Surface 3 is a somewhat thinner but way heavier device than Acer Iconia W4. The Acer Iconia W4 has a slightly better screen than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a really smaller screen, a just a little less pixels per display inch and a lot worse resolution of 800 x 1280px.
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a little better hardware performance than Acer Iconia W4, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has a larger amount of RAM.
