Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a general score of 66.9, which is better than Acer Iconia W4's 59.3 overall score. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a noticeably heavier but somewhat thinner tablet than Acer Iconia W4. Both devices in our current comparison use Windows OS, but Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has newer 10 version while Acer Iconia W4 has Windows 8.1 version, giving a couple nice extra features and optimized performance.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 features a greater hardware performance than Acer Iconia W4, because although it has an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a greater amount of RAM. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 features a screen that is just as good as Acer Iconia W4's screen, although the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 also has a much larger screen, a greater amount of pixels per inch in the display and a much better resolution of 2736 x 1824.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Acer Iconia W4, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage. The Acer Iconia W4 counts with a superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface Pro 7.
The Acer Iconia W4 counts with just a bit better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, although it has a lower video definition and a camera in the back with a lot worse resolution.
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 costs a lot more money than Acer Iconia W4, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
