Although Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more than Acer Iconia W4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Acer Iconia W4. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, otherwise you can save some money and get the Acer Iconia W4, resigning a couple specifications.
