The Acer Iconia W4 works with Windows 8.1 OS, and GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1 OS. Acer Iconia W4's construction has the same thickness than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, but it's extremely heavier.
Acer Iconia W4 features a slightly better display than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has a bit bigger screen, a better 800 x 1280 resolution and a quite greater pixels count per inch of screen.
