Comparison review
Acer Iconia W700 is just a bit better than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, getting a 59.6 score against 57.5. Acer Iconia W700 has Windows 8 Pro OS, and GALAXY Tab 3 Kids comes with Android 4.1 OS. Despite being the best in this review, we must highlight that it is also older, incredibly thicker and extremely heavier.
The Acer Iconia W700 counts with a greater performance than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have 2 cores, the Acer Iconia W700 also has an extra graphics processing unit and 3 GB more RAM. GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has just a bit better screen than Acer Iconia W700, although it has a quite worse number of pixels per inch of display, a lot smaller display and a much lower 600 x 1024px resolution.
Acer Iconia W700 counts with much more memory to store more games and applications than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 120 GB more internal memory. The GALAXY Tab 3 Kids counts with a superior battery lifetime than Acer Iconia W700.
Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids features a little bit better camera than Acer Iconia W700, although it has a much worse resolution back facing camera.
Although Acer Iconia W700 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Acer Iconia W700, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, resigning some specifications.
