Comparison review
Alcatel JOY TAB is slightly better than the Acer Predator 8, getting a general score of 59.4 against 57.7. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Alcatel JOY TAB has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Acer Predator 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version, so it provides a couple nice extra features. The Alcatel JOY TAB is a somewhat lighter tablet than the Acer Predator 8, but both of them are 0.34inches thick.
The Acer Predator 8 counts with a bit faster CPU than Alcatel JOY TAB. They have a 2 GB RAM memory and 4 cores. Acer Predator 8 features a more vivid screen than Alcatel JOY TAB, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Acer Predator 8 also has a much better 1200 x 1920px resolution and a higher pixel number per inch of screen.
The Acer Predator 8 and the Alcatel JOY TAB both have incredibly similar memory for apps and games, both have the same internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 128 GB. The Acer Predator 8 has a bit longer battery duration than Alcatel JOY TAB, because it has a 4420mAh battery size.
Alcatel JOY TAB counts with a superior camera than Acer Predator 8. They have a same resolution back facing camera.
