Blackview Tab 13 is much better than Acer Predator 8, having a 63.8 score against 57.7. Although the Blackview Tab 13 is much heavier than the Acer Predator 8, it's thinner and also newer. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview Tab 13 has the older 12 version and Acer Predator 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop.
