Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro is slightly better than Acer Predator 8, getting a score of 63.2 against 57.7. Microsoft Surface Pro is an a lot older, way thicker and notably heavier tablet than the Acer Predator 8. Microsoft Surface Pro counts with Windows 8 Pro operating system, while Acer Predator 8 works with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.
The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a bit better CPU than Acer Predator 8, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although faster), it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and 2 GB more RAM. Acer Predator 8 and Microsoft Surface Pro feature quite similar displays, because although the Microsoft Surface Pro has a quite lower 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and a lot lower pixels amount per inch in the screen, it also counts with a lot larger screen.
