The Samsung Ativ Tab is much better than the Acer Predator 8, getting a score of 66.7 against 57.7. Samsung Ativ Tab is a notably older, a bit thicker and noticeably heavier portable tablet than Acer Predator 8. Samsung Ativ Tab comes with Windows RT OS, while Acer Predator 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
The Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a CPU that is very similar to the CPU in Acer Predator 8, because although the Samsung Ativ Tab has a lower number of cores and also slower, and they both have 2 GB of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. Acer Predator 8 features a little bit better display than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher 1200 x 1920px resolution and a much better display density.
