Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is much better than the Acer Predator 8, getting a 63.5 score against 57.7. Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a just a bit lighter and just a bit thinner tablet than the Acer Predator 8. Both tablets in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has the older 4.0 version while Acer Predator 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop.
Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE features just a bit better screen than Acer Predator 8, although it has a quite smaller display, a way lower pixel density and a much lower resolution of 800 x 1280. The Acer Predator 8 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with 2 more cpu cores and a larger amount of RAM.
The Acer Predator 8 takes slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has a way better resolution back-facing camera. The Acer Predator 8 counts with a way bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 128 GB and 16 GB more internal storage capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has a bit longer battery duration than Acer Predator 8, because it has 5100mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a little more expensive than Acer Predator 8, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
