Comparison review
Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is a lot better than the Acer Predator 8, having a global score of 74.5 against 57.7. Both devices in our current comparison use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has the older 4.4.2 version while Acer Predator 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is an older tablet than Acer Predator 8, but it's much thinner and somewhat lighter anyway.
The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 features a lot better screen than Acer Predator 8, because it has a higher resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, a little bit larger screen and a better display density. The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 features as much storage for games and applications as the Acer Predator 8, they have a SD memory slot that supports up to 128 GB and equal internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Acer Predator 8, because it has a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and 1 GB more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a bit longer battery lifetime than Acer Predator 8, because it has a 4900mAh battery size instead of 4420mAh.
Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a greater camera than Acer Predator 8, because it has a way better 8 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
