Comparison review

Xperia Tablet S is a bit better than Acer Predator 8, having a 58.9 score against 57.7. Both devices we are comparing here include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia Tablet S has an older 4.1.1 version and Acer Predator 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop. Even though the Xperia Tablet S is a better tablet than Acer Predator 8, it must be told that it is also older, a lot heavier and a lot thicker.

Acer Predator 8 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Sony Xperia Tablet S, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater pixels number per inch of screen and a lot better resolution of 1200 x 1920. Xperia Tablet S's processor is just as good as the processing unit in Acer Predator 8, because although the Xperia Tablet S has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.

Xperia Tablet S counts with a much better memory to install applications and games than Acer Predator 8, and although they both have an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB, the Xperia Tablet S also has 64 GB internal storage capacity. Acer Predator 8 features a superior battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Tablet S.

The Acer Predator 8 counts with a bit better camera than Xperia Tablet S, although it has a lot less mega pixels back-facing camera.

The Xperia Tablet S is not only the best tablets in this comparison, but it's also a bit cheaper, making this tablet an easy choice.
