Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is a little bit better than the Acer Predator 8, having a 60.1 score against 57.5. Galaxy Tab A 8.0's body is somewhat thinner and lighter than Acer Predator 8, even though both of them were only released with a couple months difference. Both devices in our current comparison include Android OS, but Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has 5.0 version while Acer Predator 8 has Android 5.1 version.

Acer Predator 8 has just a little better processing power than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Acer Predator 8 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Acer Predator 8 features a brighter screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Acer Predator 8 also has a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and a way greater pixel number per display inch.

The Acer Predator 8 counts with a way bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and although they both have a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB, the Acer Predator 8 also has 16 GB more internal memory. Acer Predator 8 features just a bit better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has 4420mAh of battery capacity against 4200mAh.

Galaxy Tab A 8.0 and Acer Predator 8 both feature incredibly similar cameras, both of them have the same resolution back facing camera.

In addition to being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is also by far the cheapest one.
