Comparison review
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a general score of 67.9, which is much better than Alcatel 3T 8's global score of 58.6. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a notably older and noticeably heavier tablet than Alcatel 3T 8, but Amazon was able to make it a bit thinner anyway. Both tablets in this review use Android operating system, but Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has the older 4.4 version and Alcatel 3T 8 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a much more vibrant screen than Alcatel 3T 8, because it has a lot higher 1600 x 2560px resolution, a much greater screen pixels density and a bit bigger screen. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a bit better processing unit than Alcatel 3T 8. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 and Alcatel 3T 8 have incredibly similar cameras, although the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also has a lot better (Full HD) video definition and a much higher 8 mega-pixels resolution back camera. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 features a greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Alcatel 3T 8, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity.
Alcatel 3T 8 features a superior battery duration than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9.
