Microsoft Surface 9 Pro is slightly better than Alcatel 3T 8, having a 58.7 score against 58.6. The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro is a thicker and noticeably heavier tablet than Alcatel 3T 8. Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has Windows operating system, while Alcatel 3T 8 comes with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system.
