The Alcatel 3T 8 is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface RT, getting a global score of 58.6 against 58.4. Alcatel 3T 8 is a newer tablet, and it's also thinner and lighter than the Microsoft Surface RT. Alcatel 3T 8 comes with Android 8.1 Oreo OS, and Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT OS. Microsoft Surface RT has a bit superior processing unit than Alcatel 3T 8, and although they both have the same RAM amount and 4 cpu cores, the Microsoft Surface RT also has an extra graphics processor.
