The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a general score of 63, which is better than the Alcatel A30 Tablet's general score of 57. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has an older 4.4.2 version while Alcatel A30 Tablet has Android 7.1 Nougat version. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a older and heavier tablet than Alcatel A30 Tablet, but Samsung managed to make it a little bit thinner anyway.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE counts with a little bit better processing power than Alcatel A30 Tablet. Both of them have 2 GB of RAM and a Quad-Core processor. Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a bit better display than Alcatel A30 Tablet, because although it has a just a bit worse screen pixel density, it also counts with a bit higher 800 x 1280 pixels resolution and a bigger screen.

The Alcatel A30 Tablet features a slightly bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, and although they both have equal 16 GB internal storage capacity, the Alcatel A30 Tablet also has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB. Alcatel A30 Tablet has a much better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.

The Alcatel A30 Tablet takes much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE. Both of them have the same video definition, the same resolution back camera and the same video frame rates.

Although Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Alcatel A30 Tablet, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Alcatel A30 Tablet. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Alcatel A30 Tablet, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
