Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a lot better than Alcatel A30 Tablet, having a overall score of 68.7 against 57. Both tablets in our current comparison work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has an older 4.2.2 version while Alcatel A30 Tablet has Android 7.1 Nougat version. Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is way older than Alcatel A30 Tablet, it's design is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter.
The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a little sharper display than Alcatel A30 Tablet, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch also has a bit higher amount of pixels per display inch and a slightly better resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a greater memory for applications and games than Alcatel A30 Tablet, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows 64 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features a quite better hardware performance than Alcatel A30 Tablet, because although it has less cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processor. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a bit longer battery life than Alcatel A30 Tablet, because it has a 4450mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's camera is just as good as the camera in Alcatel A30 Tablet, both of them have the same video frame rates, the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition and a 5 megapixels back facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch costs a lot more money than the Alcatel A30 Tablet, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
