Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is much better than the Alcatel A30 Tablet, getting a global score of 65.6 against 57. These tablets have Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has 4.4.2 version and Alcatel A30 Tablet has Android 7.1 Nougat. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's construction is a little thinner and lighter than Alcatel A30 Tablet, despite of the fact that it was released many years before.
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a much more vibrant screen than Alcatel A30 Tablet, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit higher resolution of 1280 x 800 and a just a bit higher quantity of pixels in each screen inch. The Alcatel A30 Tablet counts with a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB and 16 GB internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has just a little better performance than Alcatel A30 Tablet, although it has less RAM memory, they both have 4 CPU cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a battery duration that is very similar to Alcatel A30 Tablet's battery life. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 captures a little bit better photos and videos than Alcatel A30 Tablet, although it has a worse video quality and a way worse 3 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera.
Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 costs more than Alcatel A30 Tablet, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
