Comparison review
Alcatel JOY TAB 2 is a little bit better than the Acer Predator 8, getting a score of 62.5 against 57.7. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has an older 10 version and Acer Predator 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop. Alcatel JOY TAB 2's design has the same thickness than Acer Predator 8, but it is somewhat lighter.
Acer Predator 8 has a little more vivid display than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Acer Predator 8 also has a better pixels density and a way higher resolution of 1200 x 1920px. Alcatel JOY TAB 2 features a bit superior CPU than Acer Predator 8, and although they both have 4 cores, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 also has a larger amount of RAM.
Alcatel JOY TAB 2 features a superior camera than Acer Predator 8. Both of them have a same resolution camera. The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a slightly bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Acer Predator 8, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
The Acer Predator 8 counts with a bit longer battery life than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because it has an 8 percent bigger battery size.
Even being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing here, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 is also very cheap compared to the other devices, making it an obvious call.
