Comparison review
The Huawei MediaPad M2 is a little bit better than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, getting a 65.5 score against 62.5. Both tablets in this review include Android OS, but Huawei MediaPad M2 has a more recent 5.1 Lollipop version while Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has Android 10, providing you a lot of extra features. Although the Huawei MediaPad M2 is extremely older and just a little bit heavier than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, it's body is still a bit thinner.
Huawei MediaPad M2 has a much better display than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Huawei MediaPad M2 also has a much better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a greater number of pixels per display inch. Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Huawei MediaPad M2 also has 4 more CPU cores.
The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 features a slightly bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei MediaPad M2, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 also has a SD card slot that allows up to 256 GB. Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with greater battery performance than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because it has 4800mAh of battery capacity against 4080mAh.
Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a better camera than Huawei MediaPad M2, although it has a way worse 5 megapixels resolution back facing camera and a lower 1920x1080 video resolution.
