The Microsoft Surface Go has a global score of 66.5, which is a little bit better than Alcatel JOY TAB 2's 62.5 general score. The Microsoft Surface Go has Windows 10 OS, while Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has Android 10 OS. The Microsoft Surface Go construction is a little bit thinner than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, but it is way heavier and was released 2 years before.
The Microsoft Surface Go counts with a bit more vivid screen than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because it has a little greater screen density, a much better resolution of 1800 x 1200 pixels and a bigger display. The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 counts with a little better performance than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores.
Microsoft Surface Go has a bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. Alcatel JOY TAB 2 counts with a much better battery life than Microsoft Surface Go. Alcatel JOY TAB 2 captures clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a much lower 5 MP resolution camera in the back.
Although Microsoft Surface Go is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Alcatel JOY TAB 2. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Microsoft Surface Go, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, letting go some features and specs.
