Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a global score of 63, which is a bit better than Alcatel JOY TAB 2's 62.5 overall score. Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE's design is incredibly older, a lot heavier and just a little thicker than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2. These tablets have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has 4.4.2 version while Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has Android 10 version, so it offers a couple additional features.
Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a display that's very similar to Alcatel JOY TAB 2's screen, because although the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a bit inferior pixel number per inch of display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280, it also counts with a larger display. The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 features a very superior storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because it has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB and 32 GB internal storage capacity.
The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 features a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Alcatel JOY TAB 2 captures much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, and although they both have a 5 megapixels back camera, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 also has a much higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.
Alcatel JOY TAB 2 counts with a way better battery performance than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.
Although Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Alcatel JOY TAB 2. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, resigning some specifications.
