Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a global score of 74.6, which is better than Alcatel JOY TAB 2's 62.5 overall score. Even though the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is older and noticeably heavier than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, it's body is still somewhat thinner. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has the previous 4.4 version and Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has Android 10 version.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has just a little better performance than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because although it has less RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a lot better looking display than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because it has a larger screen, a lot greater pixels number per inch in the screen and a much better 1600 x 2560 resolution.
Alcatel JOY TAB 2 counts with a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, although it has a worse video definition and a camera in the back with a much lower resolution. The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a very superior battery lifetime than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because it has a 101 percent larger battery size.
Although Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Alcatel JOY TAB 2. If you want to save some money, you can get the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
