Blackview Tab 13 has a general score of 63.8, which is a little bit better than Alcatel JOY TAB's score of 59.4. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but the Blackview Tab 13 has an older 12 version while Alcatel JOY TAB has Android 9.0 Pie.
