The Alcatel JOY TAB has an overall score of 59.4, which is a bit better than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro's 58.7 overall score. Alcatel JOY TAB has Android 9.0 Pie operating system, and Microsoft Surface 9 Pro works with Windows operating system. Alcatel JOY TAB's body is a little thinner and notably lighter than the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro.
