The Galaxy Book 12-inch is a lot better than the Alcatel JOY TAB, having a general score of 80 against 59.4. The Galaxy Book 12-inch comes with Windows 10 operating system, and Alcatel JOY TAB comes with Android 9.0 Pie operating system. Although Galaxy Book 12-inch is extremely older and incredibly heavier than the Alcatel JOY TAB, it's design is still somewhat thinner.
