The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a bit better than Alcatel JOY TAB, getting a global score of 65 against 59.4. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) construction is much older, somewhat thicker and way heavier than Alcatel JOY TAB. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has 4.1 version while Alcatel JOY TAB has Android 9.0 Pie.

The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a little sharper screen than Alcatel JOY TAB, because although it has a little lower amount of pixels per inch in the display, and they both have the same resolution of 800 x 1280, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) also counts with a larger display. Alcatel JOY TAB features a much better storage to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 128 GB and 32 GB internal memory capacity.

Alcatel JOY TAB and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) both have extremely similar processing units, because although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has 2 lesser 1.5 gigahertz cores and 1 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with an extra GPU. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a much longer battery lifetime than Alcatel JOY TAB, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity.

Alcatel JOY TAB counts with a much better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Alcatel JOY TAB also has a back facing camera with a lot higher resolution.
