The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a bit better than Alcatel JOY TAB, getting a global score of 65 against 59.4. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) construction is much older, somewhat thicker and way heavier than Alcatel JOY TAB. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has 4.1 version while Alcatel JOY TAB has Android 9.0 Pie.

Alcatel JOY TAB counts with a much better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Alcatel JOY TAB also has a back facing camera with a lot higher resolution.
