Toshiba Encore 2 8-inch is a little bit better than the Alcatel OneTouch EVO 7, having a overall score of 47.3 against 43.4. Toshiba Encore 2 8-inch works with Windows 8.1 OS, and Alcatel OneTouch EVO 7 has Android 4.0.3 OS.
