Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a score of 63.8, which is much better than the Alcatel OneTouch PIXI 3 (7 inches)'s 53.7 overall score. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is a incredibly heavier but somewhat thinner tablet device than the Alcatel OneTouch PIXI 3 (7 inches).
