Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has a general score of 70.2, which is much better than the Alcatel OneTouch PIXI 3 (7 inches)'s 53.7 overall score. Both tablets in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version while Alcatel OneTouch PIXI 3 (7 inches) has Android 5.0 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features and increased performance. The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) body is somewhat thinner but heavier than the Alcatel OneTouch PIXI 3 (7 inches).
Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) features a bit more vivid display than Alcatel OneTouch PIXI 3 (7 inches), because it has a much higher resolution of 1200 x 1920px, a greater pixel count in each inch of screen and a lot bigger screen.
