Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is a lot better than the Alcatel OneTouch PIXI 3 (7 inches), having a score of 65.7 against 53.7. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has 9.0 Pie version and Alcatel OneTouch PIXI 3 (7 inches) has Android 5.0, so it provides the user some nice extra features and performance tweaks. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is a just a little thinner but way heavier tablet than Alcatel OneTouch PIXI 3 (7 inches).
The Alcatel OneTouch PIXI 3 (7 inches) features a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), although it has a way worse 1024 x 600 pixels resolution, a just a bit lower pixels count per display inch and a quite smaller display. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) features a processor that's just as good as the Alcatel OneTouch PIXI 3 (7 inches) one, because although the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, it also counts with more RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has a much better camera than Alcatel OneTouch PIXI 3 (7 inches), because it has a way better resolution camera. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) features a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Alcatel OneTouch PIXI 3 (7 inches), because it has 16 GB internal storage.
