The Galaxy Tab A (2016) is just a bit better than the Alcatel PLUS 10, with a 60.4 score against 59. Although the Galaxy Tab A (2016) and Alcatel PLUS 10 were released with only 2 months difference, the Galaxy Tab A (2016) design is much lighter but also a little thicker. The Galaxy Tab A (2016) counts with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, while Alcatel PLUS 10 comes with Windows 10 OS.

The Galaxy Tab A (2016) counts with a little bit better display than Alcatel PLUS 10, because although it has a lot smaller display, and they both have an equal 800 x 1280 resolution, the Galaxy Tab A (2016) also counts with more pixels per inch of display. The Alcatel PLUS 10 features a bit better CPU than Galaxy Tab A (2016), and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Alcatel PLUS 10 also has 512 MB more RAM.

Alcatel PLUS 10 features a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 64 GB against 200 GB, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory.
