Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has an overall score of 64.9, which is much better than Alcatel PLUS 10's score of 59. Even though the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 and the Alcatel PLUS 10 were released with only a couple of months difference, the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 construction is a lot lighter but a little thicker. The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 counts with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, and Alcatel PLUS 10 comes with Windows 10 OS.
The Alcatel PLUS 10 counts with a little faster CPU than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, and although they both have 4 processing cores, the Alcatel PLUS 10 also has 512 MB more RAM. The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a little more vivid screen than Alcatel PLUS 10, because although it has a way smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 800 x 1280 resolution, the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 also counts with a greater pixel density.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features a very superior camera than Alcatel PLUS 10. Both of them have a camera in the back with a 5 MP resolution. Alcatel PLUS 10 has a bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has an external SD slot that holds 64 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage.
Alcatel PLUS 10 features just a bit better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has 5830mAh of battery capacity.
