The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is much better than the Alcatel PLUS 12, getting a global score of 67.9 against 58.9. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is an noticeably older portable tablet than Alcatel PLUS 12, but it's noticeably lighter and just a little thinner anyway.
