Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is better than the Alcatel PLUS 12, having a global score of 65.1 against 58.9. Both of these devices work with Windows OS (operating system), but the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a more recent 8.1 Pro version while Alcatel PLUS 12 has Windows 10 version. Microsoft Surface Pro 2's construction is way older, noticeably thicker and noticeably heavier than the Alcatel PLUS 12.
Alcatel PLUS 12 has just a bit better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
