The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is better than Alcatel PLUS 12, having a 65 score against 58.9. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) works with Android 4.1 OS, and Alcatel PLUS 12 comes with Windows 10 OS. Despite of the fact Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is way older and thicker than the Alcatel PLUS 12, it's construction is still just a little lighter.
