The Alcatel PLUS 12 has a global score of 58.9, which is just a bit better than the Xperia Tablet S's overall score of 58.9. Even though the Alcatel PLUS 12 is a little heavier than the Xperia Tablet S, it's much thinner and way newer. The Alcatel PLUS 12 has Windows 10 OS, and Xperia Tablet S works with Android 4.1.1 OS.
The Alcatel PLUS 12 features a little better processing power than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor and 2 lesser cpu cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory. The Sony Xperia Tablet S has a slightly better looking display than Alcatel PLUS 12, although it has a lot lower resolution of 800 x 1280px, a quite smaller screen and a just a little less pixels per inch of display.
