Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface RT has a global score of 58.4, which is a bit better than Alcatel POP 7 LTE's global score of 53.5. Microsoft Surface RT counts with Windows RT operating system, and Alcatel POP 7 LTE counts with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. Microsoft Surface RT is an extremely older and extremely heavier device than the Alcatel POP 7 LTE, but Microsoft could make it just a bit thinner anyway.
The Microsoft Surface RT features a little faster processor than Alcatel POP 7 LTE, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface RT also has a GPU and a greater amount of RAM memory. The Microsoft Surface RT has just a bit better display than Alcatel POP 7 LTE, because although it has a just a bit lower display pixel density, it also counts with a way larger display and a better resolution of 768 x 1366 pixels.
Alcatel POP 7 LTE captures a lot better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 video quality, the Alcatel POP 7 LTE also has a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels. The Microsoft Surface RT features a much better memory to install games and applications than Alcatel POP 7 LTE, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
