Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has 13 version while Amazon Fire HD 10 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version. Blackview OSCAL Pad 18's design is notably newer and just a little bit thinner than the Amazon Fire HD 10's, although it's heavier.

Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a more powerful processing unit than Amazon Fire HD 10, because it has more RAM memory and 4 more CPU cores.
