The Blackview Tab 12 Pro has an overall score of 64.6, which is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 10's 54.8 general score. The Blackview Tab 12 Pro construction is a lot newer, a bit thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Amazon Fire HD 10. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the Blackview Tab 12 Pro has the older 12 version while Amazon Fire HD 10 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version.
