The Microsoft Surface 3 has an overall score of 66.3, which is a lot better than the Amazon Fire HD 10's general score of 54.8. Microsoft Surface 3 is a thicker and notably heavier tablet than Amazon Fire HD 10. The Microsoft Surface 3 has a brighter screen than Amazon Fire HD 10, because it has a much better 1920 x 1280 resolution, a greater count of pixels per screen inch and a little larger display.
Microsoft Surface 3 features a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Amazon Fire HD 10, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Microsoft Surface 3 features a bit better processing unit than Amazon Fire HD 10, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has 3 GB more RAM.
