Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a score of 65.9, which is a lot better than the Amazon Fire HD 10's global score of 54.8. Although it's the best device in this comparison review, it must be noted that it is also noticeably older, a little thicker and heavier. These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has 4.2 version and Amazon Fire HD 10 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version.
The Amazon Fire HD 10 features just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM, the Amazon Fire HD 10 also has a greater number of cores. The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with a slightly better display than Amazon Fire HD 10. Both of them have a same size screen, the same display density and exactly the same 800 x 1280px resolution.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with a superior camera than Amazon Fire HD 10, although it has a lot lower 1280x720 (HD) video resolution and a much worse resolution camera. The Amazon Fire HD 10 has slightly more memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory, the Amazon Fire HD 10 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 128 GB.
The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with a way better battery performance than Amazon Fire HD 10.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch costs more money than Amazon Fire HD 10, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra dollars.
