The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has an overall score of 67.8, which is way better than Amazon Fire HD 10's 54.8 score. Although it's the best tablet we are comparing, we must note that it's also older, a little bit thicker and heavier. These devices work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has the previous 4.4.2 version and Amazon Fire HD 10 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a processor that is just as good as Amazon Fire HD 10's CPU, and although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has an extra graphics processor and a larger amount of RAM, they both have 4 processing cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a brighter screen than Amazon Fire HD 10. Both have a greater pixel quantity in each screen inch, a screen with the same size and exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280.
The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 takes much better photos and videos than Amazon Fire HD 10, although it has a lot worse 1280x720 (HD) video definition and a way worse 3 MP resolution back-facing camera.
