Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a general score of 65.6, which is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 10's 54.8 global score. Both devices in this comparison work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has the previous 4.4.2 version while Amazon Fire HD 10 has Android 5.0 Lollipop. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is an older and thicker tablet than the Amazon Fire HD 10, but Samsung could make it much lighter anyway.

Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a much better display than Amazon Fire HD 10, because although it has a much smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also counts with a greater screen pixels density.
