The Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) is better than Amazon Fire HD 10, getting a 60.4 score against 54.8. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) has 5.1 Lollipop version and Amazon Fire HD 10 has Android 5.0 Lollipop, giving you some additional features. Although Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) and Amazon Fire HD 10 were released only a few months apart, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) body is notably lighter but thicker than Amazon Fire HD 10.

Galaxy Tab A (2016) features a little sharper display than Amazon Fire HD 10, because although it has a much smaller display, and they both have an equal 800 x 1280 resolution, the Galaxy Tab A (2016) also counts with a greater quantity of pixels per inch in the display.
